Yunhe county in Lishui, East China's Zhejiang province, officially launched a new talent policy to support the development of new urbanization recently. New financial and land policies are also being formulated, and will be introduced this year, local media reported.

The new urbanization in mountainous areas in Yunhe mainly focuses on the ecological environment, modern economy, regional culture, county governance and people's livelihoods.

At present, Yunhe is cooperating with a domestic well-known internet group to establish a rural property rights trading platform, and planning to release the country's first new urbanization index for mountainous areas with the China Center for Urban Development of the National Development and Reform Commission.

In the process of promoting new urbanization reform, Yunhe has realized transformation from scattered and extensive development to concentrated and intensive development, and realized the win-win situation of protecting ecological environment and developing a green economy.
