The newly renovated Shaoxing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital has officially opened, Tide News reported on Sept 15. 

The upgraded facility now boasts advanced medical equipment, including a 3.0T MRI, 64-slice CT scanner, high-end color Doppler ultrasound, central infusion management systems, and central monitoring systems to enhance diagnostic and treatment capabilities.

In addition to the new medical technology, the hospital features a 1,000-square-meter museum of traditional Shaoxing medicine integrated with a traditional therapy center. This space combines traditional Chinese diagnostic techniques with modern treatments, offering unique services like external Chinese therapies for pain relief and wellness management. 

The hospital also showcases its rich cultural heritage through carefully designed courtyards and connecting corridors, creating a more humane and efficient healthcare environment.

The primary focus during the move was ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of nearly 200 patients.

The hospital coordinated with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution, grouping patients based on their medical needs. Over 30 trips, multiple buses, and three ambulances safely transported all patients to their new rooms.
