Located in Victoria, 15 kilometers east of central Melbourne, the City of Whitehorse covers 64.3 square kilometers and administers five prefectures. In June 2018, Whitehorse had a population of 176,196. The city is developed in culture, education, medical and health services, boasting 350 parks and nature reserves. It is also the largest high-tech area in East Melbourne, with prosperous industries in communications, multimedia and information technology.

Established in 1688, Somerset County is one of the oldest counties in the USA. It is one of the most developed and dynamic regions in New Jersey and even in the country. Its main industries include service, retail and manufacturing. It is also an important place for New Jersey's medicine and telecommunications. AT&T, L'Oreal, Johnson and Johnson, Lucent Technologies and Philips all operate subsidiaries there.
