The 4th Barcelona International Textile and Fabric Exhibition, held in Barcelona, Spain, from May 23 to 25, proved to be a resounding success for Yuecheng district, Shaoxing.

With 26 enterprises showcasing 1,541 samples, the delegation from Yuecheng made an indelible mark at the prestigious event.

With the theme "Yuecheng: Where Fashion Meets the World," the delegation received more than 800 visitors, resulting in an intended turnover of approximately $6.88 million.

As Spain's most professional textile and fabric exhibition, this year's event featured a total of 187 exhibitors and over 200 booths, with Chinese enterprises accounting for approximately 30 percent of total participants.

Throughout this year, Yuecheng has been actively encouraging enterprises to venture overseas as a united force, helping foreign trade enterprises acquire customers and secure orders, thus laying a solid foundation for their deepening presence in overseas markets.

"In the future, we will continue to encourage and facilitate the expansion of more local foreign trade enterprises into international markets," said an official with the Yuecheng district bureau of commerce.
