The 2023 Keqiao Fashion Week is being held in Keqiao district, Shaoxing from April 25 to 28.

With the theme "New Life," this year's Keqiao Fashion Week is set to feature over 20 activities across five main areas, including brand launches, fashion design exhibitions, forums, competitions, and lectures, highlighting the innovative and dynamic spirit of the fashion industry.

The opening ceremony witnessed the launch of the "Sino-French Fashion Innovation Exchange Center Strategic Cooperation Ceremony," a joint initiative to explore innovative paths for Sino-French cooperation in the fashion industry.

At the ceremony, the winners of the 8th National Textile Fabric Design "Golden Keqiao" Award, the Top 10 National Textile Fabric Designers, the National Excellent Textile Fabric Designer, and the Advanced Unit of National Textile Fabric Designer Training were also announced.

Keqiao district, renowned as the world's largest textile trading market, exports products to 198 countries and regions. By 2025, the district is expected to have 200 billion yuan ($28.9 billion) in imports and exports and a total of 500 billion yuan in market transactions.
