The second Chinese Spring Orchid Festival is being held in Keqiao district, Shaoxing from Feb 17 to 26.

Themed "Appreciating the Beauty of Orchids and Revitalizing the Orchid Hometown," the festival aims to promote orchid culture, industry integration, and technological innovation.

This year’s festival is the first offline event since the China Flower Association approved the festival to be held in Shaoxing in 2019. Over 2,000 rare orchids from Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong, and other regions will compete in Keqiao.

During the opening ceremony, the "Orchid Valley" co-construction agreement, orchid valley industry development initiative, and Chinese Spring Orchid Awards were announced.

To promote discussions on orchid culture, the China Rural Revitalization and Spring Orchid Forum was held. Experts and scholars discussed characteristic industries, agricultural power, and common prosperity.
