The East China Qianqing Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park in Shaoxing's Keqiao district was recently put into operation, local media reported.
The 140-mu (9.3 hectares) park, which cost 1.5 billion yuan ($214.29 million) to build, is a high-tech, one-stop logistics service provider that uses unmanned forklifts, intelligent robots and RFID technology.
The park will accommodate companies from sectors including retail sales, e-commerce settlement, cold-chain logistics and online-to-offline display.
Liu Bin, the general manager of the park, said the park has reached partnerships with domestic e-commerce giants including Alibaba and JD.com. Taocaicai, Alibaba's community e-commerce arm, for example, has set up its distribution center in the park.
Fresh products sorted in the park can be delivered to consumers of Keqiao and Hangzhou the next day.
