The Dinghai Sci-Tech Building in Dinghai district, Zhoushan, Zhejiang province was recently listed in the second batch of Zhejiang Province Digital Economy Industrial Parks and Buildings.

This is Zhoushan's only digital economy building to be selected last year, marking a significant breakthrough in the city's digital economy development.

Digital economy industrial parks and buildings refer to those that use "industrial parks within districts" as spatial carriers, focusing on core digital economy industries. These parks and buildings feature prominent leading industries, clustering effects, innovation capabilities, economic benefits, and comprehensive supporting services.

Established in March 2017, Dinghai Sci-Tech Building is a place for technological innovation and entrepreneurship, gathering cutting-edge marine technologies and innovation resources domestically and internationally.

The building hosts several innovative companies such as Zhejiang Intertion Information Technology Co, Zhoushan Haihui Marine Science and Technology Co, and Zhoushan Juyang Technology Development Co, which are engaged in marine electronic information, big data and cloud computing, high-end software development, and low-altitude economy.

According to the Dinghai District Marine Science and Technology Industrial Park Management Center, the Dinghai Sci-Tech Building is expected to attract more related industries such as marine electronic information and ship electronic equipment, forming a high-end industrial cluster to become a driver of the marine economy.
