Zhoushan authorities organized a hiking event on June 25 to promote a low-carbon lifestyle and showcase the results of rural revitalization in the city.

The activity was participated in by more than 500 outdoor enthusiasts, who set out from the Zhanmao Agricultural Industrial Park and passed through rose gardens, vineyards, and the Huangyangjian scenic area before arriving at the cultural center in Luxiaxu village.

The hikers were encouraged to record the beautiful scenery along the hiking route and share it on social media platforms.

The activity was sponsored by the Zhoushan culture, broadcasting, television, tourism and sports bureau and the Zhoushan agriculture and rural affairs bureau and organized by the Zhoushan Outdoor Sports Association, the culture, broadcasting, television, tourism and sports bureau of Putuo district, and other government departments.
