If time has color, then January in Zhoushan is the white breath of air; then April in Zhoushan could be as blue as the sky and green as the leaves. With both hands holding my cheek, I began to think about the year that passed in Zhoushan. I chose to record in writing what happened in Zhoushan this year, whatever happy or sad that is worth me cherishing.
Spring of spring outing
The sun wrapped the meadow and snails shuttled through the warm soil, making one wonder whether they had really experienced the winter wind and coldness. Having discovered that so far I have not completely stepped on this island's beautiful land, I took advantage of the good spring scenery, and went to Zhujiajian Daqingshan Park with friends on a sunny day.
At the beginning of April, the sea was still slightly cool. On the beach, the kite spread its wings in the blue sky. When tired, we rested on the hanging chair, with only crisp birds calling in our ears. Flowers and trees around us were silent but deeply green, intoxicating us. Furthermore, the sunshine sprinkled all over the space, giving people a sense of hope that everything can renew. We placed ourselves in such a gentle light with comfortable blue and fresh air, heart throbbing.
So I told myself to be as hopeful as spring. Zhoushan seems to be such a pleasant and peaceful city, just like the sunshine who opens her arms to embrace us warmly, giving people breathing time and thinking space.
