Wenzhou's efforts to become a world-class cultural and tourism destination have gained new momentum.
During the recent Maritime Silk Road Cities Influence Conference, the EU-Asia Center nominated Wenzhou as the "2025 China-Europe Culture and Creative Tourism Destination."
As a key city on the Maritime Silk Road, Wenzhou has expanded its global cultural and tourism network. Initiatives like international art exchanges, cultural exhibitions, and collaborations with European countries have showed its rich heritage and modern vitality. Events such as "When Paris Meets Wenzhou" and the establishment of overseas cultural centers in France and Italy have bolstered its international profile.
