Once plagued by environmental deterioration of its seaside, Dong'ao village in Wenzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, has now revived thanks to its ecological conservation efforts and burgeoning development of catering and homestay businesses.
Currently, the village has nearly 100 homestays, which have so far accommodated about 800,000 tourists since the beginning of this year.
