My first impression of Wenzhou locals is that they are hardworking and pragmatic.
However, behind this hard-working spirit, there lies a romantic soul. When night falls, the diverse and tempting food sold at street stalls are a worthy consolation after a day's hard work, and Wenzhou locals have given it the name "Ye Zu", meaning "night meal" in English.
