Hanfu, the traditional Chinese costume, has a unique and elegant charm that fully embodies the gentleness and coziness of the wearer.
Have you ever imagined how beautiful it would be if a foreigner wore hanfu?
In this episode, Kristina, a Ukrainian anchor from the Wenzhou Overseas Media Center, will explore the charm of hanfu culture from a foreigner's perspective.
Kristina is so fond of Chinese culture that last year, she visited Wenzhou's Yongjia county to experience the local intangible cultural item of Kunqu Opera and learn how to wear a traditional dress and cosmetics and perform opera moves.
Kristina wore hanfu and strolled in a classical garden in Lucheng district, where the oriental charm she was exuding instantaneously surprised all visitors and passersby. With a mooned-shaped fan and a paper umbrella in her hands, it was as if she had traveled thousands of years into the past.
Kristina said she was truly captivated by hanfu and hoped that she would have the opportunity to experience more traditional Chinese costumes.
