Viviana Scanu is an Italian who has been living in Wenzhou, East China's Zhejiang province for five years.
Currently working as an authorized trainer of the Italian Espresso Academy, Scanu was most known by locals as a naihunan, which means "expert" in Wenzhou dialect.
In this video, she will share her reflections on being a naihunan in coffee training and showcase her constant drive to sharpen her skills.
