Recently, the Zhejiang climate center announced the first batch of 40 "Zhejiang climate health villages".
Among them, four villages (scenic spots) – administered by Wenzhou city in East China's Zhejiang province – were selected, including Nanchen Hot Spring Town, in Yunling town, in Yongjia county.
Also recognized was Huangtang Tea Expo Park, Shuitou town, in Pingyang county – as well as Yucang Mountain National Forest Park, Qiaodun town, in Cangnan county and Wuyan Ridge Scenic Spot, Siqian town, in Taishun county.
Nanchen Hot Spring town

This hot springs town has a forest coverage rate of 76.67 percent, with a negative oxygen ion content of 1,475 ions per cubic centimeter. The town has the only mountain hot springs in southern Zhejiang, located 500 meters above sea level – with an average water temperature of 52 C, with water that is also rich in sulfur, metasilicate, fluorine and other elements. It offers a high-end homestay experience, fruit picking and outdoor activities.
Huangtang Tea Expo Park

This park is more than 600 m above sea level and covers an area of more than 2,600 mu (173 hectares). It has a number of high-end facilities, such as the Huangtang tea health rehabilitation center, Huangtang tea art training base, the Huangtang intangible heritage museum and the Huangtang tea restaurant.
Yucang Mountain National Forest Park

The park has five scenic areas with 108 scenic spots. Located in the middle of the subtropics – on the boundary between the north and south subzones of the subtropics – it is a place where plants from the north and south converge, with abundant vegetation and subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests. Azaleas can be found throughout the region and other wonderful flowers can be seen.
Wuyan Ridge Scenic Spot

It's estimated that there are 2,150 kinds of plants and more than 50 kinds of national key protected animals inhabit this region. There are dozens of scenic spots such as Nanji Hill, Mishai Lake, Longjing Lake and the Monkey King Lake.
