Qingtian's imported commodities expo promotes global trade
The 6th Overseas Chinese Imported Commodities Expo & Qingtian Imported Wine Trade Fair and the 4th International Coffee Expo were held at the Qingtian Imported Commodity City in Qingtian county, Lishui, Zhejiang province, from Nov 15 to 17.
With 85,000 imported items on display, the events attracted 1,700 exhibitors from over 50 countries and regions, as well as more than 5,500 buyers from across China.
Since its inception in 2018, Qingtian has hosted the Overseas Chinese Imported Commodities Expo five times and the International Coffee Expo three times, drawing over 3,000 exhibitors and 4,800 enterprises from over 70 countries and regions, as well as more than 20,000 buyers.
The Qingtian Imported Commodity City has signed agreements with 3,416 brands and 1,024 international wineries, introducing 2,859 brand agents and achieving a cumulative 13.11 billion yuan ($1.81 billion) in intended transactions.

This year's imported commodities expo featured a special China-made products section in the main exhibition hall, aiming to help Chinese products reach global markets through the participation of overseas exhibitors.
Over 380,000 overseas Chinese living in 146 countries and regions come from Qingtian, with over 100,000 engaged in trade activities. The county also boasts an extensive network of overseas warehouses and commercial sales channels.
Additionally, the Agricultural Products International Trade Cooperation Innovation Center was established in Qingtian on Nov 15, aiming to promote the export of premium agricultural products from across China.
