Lishui's Qingtian creates platform to share international trade resources
The Qingtian Import Commodity E-commerce Resource Matchmaking Conference and Made in China Going Global event were held in Qingtian county, Lishui, Zhejiang province, on Sept 27.
Representatives from 120 e-commerce platforms and companies, manufacturing companies, and overseas Chinese trade enterprises engaged in in-depth discussions, resulting in 23 preliminary agreements.
The event attracted 19 major e-commerce players, including Alibaba and Amazon, alongside key enterprises in Zhejiang. This gathering effectively matched 40 overseas Chinese business representatives, 12 export manufacturers, and six import merchants.
Zhejiang Sanchen New Energy Technology Co reached preliminary agreements with Zhejiang Guoli International Logistics Co and Lishui Yunzhu Sailing Technology Co, planning to gradually introduce their products to the global market.
"As a local new energy company, we have the technology and products but have struggled to penetrate overseas markets. This event's e-commerce resources are invaluable for our international expansion," said Wang Binglin, general manager of Zhejiang Sanchen New Energy Technology Co.
According to Cai Lingjie, general manager of Zhejiang Zhanfeng Shoes Co, the company previously cooperated with exhibition companies to attend professional exhibitions in the United States and Italy, but being able to connect with global resources right in Qingtian significantly reduces the cost of accessing international markets.
