Yunhe county

Yunhe county was founded in 1452 and now governs four subdistricts, three towns and three townships.
The county is rich in resources such as mountains, rivers, forests and lakes. It has 184 mountains with an altitude over 1,000 meters, a water area of 38.7 square kilometers and forest coverage of 81.5 percent.
Yunhe terrace was honored as the most beautiful terrace in China, and was rated by Cable News Network as one of the 40 most beautiful scenic spots in China. Xiangong Lake is the third largest artificial lake in Zhejiang province. Yunhe Terrace Scenic Spot has been promoted to a national 5A-level tourist attraction in February 2024.
Yunhe's environmental quality ranks 10th in China, and the air quality rate reaches 99.2 percent. The water quality of the whole area stays above the second national standard all year round. It is the first national ecological county in Lishui, and the county's green development indicator ranks first in Zhejiang province.
In 2023, Yunhe has achieved a regional GDP of 10.37 billion yuan ($1.44 billion), a year-on-year increase of 7.6 percent. The per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents were 55,430 yuan and 28,086 yuan, up by 4.9 percent and 7.7 percent respectively.
