More than 100 tourists from Jiangsu province arrived in Lishui, Zhejiang province on Jan 30, kicking off a three-day tour titled "Lishui's Village Spring Festival Gala". The special high-speed train they took was the first high-speed tourist train to run from Jiangsu to Lishui in 2024.

The tour started at the Longquan Celadon Museum on Jan 31. Through the celadon artifacts on display, visitors gained an understanding of the development of celadon in Longquan, enchanted by its exquisite beauty.

"The trip is teaching me a lot about the celadon culture, leaving a deep impression on me. After I return, I will encourage more people from my hometown to come here for a visit," said Xie Fangying, a visitor from Changzhou, Jiangsu province.

The group also visited the Shenguanglong Sword Shop, where they learned about the history of sword casting and appreciated the wisdom and skill of ancient craftsmen.

"This is my first time to Longquan, but I have heard about Longquan swords before," said Zhu Yingbo, another tourist from Changzhou. He felt that the trip was worthwhile, as he not only saw various exquisite weapons but also learned about the production of Longquan swords.

The tour included visits to several other places in Lishui as well, including the Ancient Weir-Home of Painting (Guyan Huaxiang) scenic area. The tourists also watched the village Spring Festival gala and stayed at distinctive homestays, experiencing the city's unique charm.
