Mandarin ducks flock to Baishanzu Park as winter nears

The Yingchuan Mandarin Duck Valley in Baishanzu National Park, located in Lishui city of East China's Zhejiang province, has welcomed its first batch of mandarin ducks, which have flown in from the far north to spend the winter in this ecological haven.
The mandarin ducks, known for their elegant appearance and colorful plumage, have traveled thousands of miles to reach the valley, where they can find abundant food and water resources.

According to the park staff, 18 mandarin ducks have arrived so far.
The park staff said the mandarin ducks have arrived earlier than usual this year.
