A group of expats from Argentina recently experienced water rescue training in Dajun township of Jingning She autonomous county in Lishui city, East China's Zhejiang province.

Dajun township, which is known for its diverse water resources, has in recent years built a water rescue training base that attracts rescue teams from across the country.

The Argentine trainees learned how to operate boats and overcome water obstacles under the guidance of local instructors.

"This trip was very rewarding. We learned many water rescue skills and saw a beautiful and friendly Chinese countryside. We will definitely come back to Jingning again," said one of the trainees.

According to Jingning officials, the county will continue to leverage its She ethnic group culture and ecological environment to boost rural development.
