The 4th International Photography Symposium and the 2021 Lishui Photography Festival will be held on Nov 5-9 in the city of Lishui – located in East China's Zhejiang province – according to local media reports.

On Aug 17, the Lishui Photography Festival officially launched its invitation to photographers from at home and abroad to submit works to be considered for exhibition and the process runs to Sept 20.

The Lishui Photography Festival is an international photography celebration, co-hosted by Lishui Municipal People's Government and the China Photographers Association.

The 10th session this year, with its theme "Integrate City Life Into Nature", reportedly aims to present a wonderful feast of light and images to people everywhere, as well as serve as an innovative platform for diverse exchanges, according to organizers.

Photographers, curators, organizations, colleges and universities around the globe are being welcomed to apply for their works to be shown.

There is no limit on when the work was created and the quantity of the submitted works. The festival reportedly encourages creativity and diversity.

The works that are selected will be simultaneously displayed online and on-site at the exhibition in Lishui.
