A news conference for the third Overseas Chinese Import Expo and Qingtian Import Wine Fair was held on Oct 14, according to the local media.

The event will take place in the Import Commodity City in Qingtian county, administered by Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province, on Nov 14-16.

With a total exhibition area of 90,000 square meters and 1,800 stands, the expo has invited 800 domestic and foreign wine companies, 100 coffee importers and 100 beauty cosmetics import enterprises, among others, according to the event organizers.

This year, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the expo will be staged both offline and online.

Organizers said that those exhibitors and buyers who cannot come to the venue in person, can still participate through a cloud exhibition, live broadcasting, cloud signing and cloud procurement.

What's more, the first International Coffee Expo will be held during the expo this year. This year's import expo is expecting 150,000 visits, the organizers added.
