The Oriental Ventura Hotel is the largest and most comprehensive hotel in Lishui, Zhejiang province. The hotel was built by Zhejiang Wandi Group and cost 1.2 billion yuan ($169.36 million).

With a floor area of 125,600 square meters, the hotel has 585 rooms of various types. It can accommodate 3,700 people for dinner and 2,500 people for meetings at the same time.

Since its soft opening on April 24, 2016, the hotel has won a good reputation for its five-star services. It passed the provincial star-grade judge's evaluation in 2018, and received the final evaluation from the national star-grade judge on Jan 5, 2020, becoming officially a five-star hotel.

The hotel boasts a superior location, surrounded by numerous scenic spots, such as Baiyun Mountain and Guyan Huaxiang characteristic town. It is the first choice for foreign tourists visiting the city.
