Jinyun noodle
Jinyun noodles is a traditional dish of Jinyun county in Lishui, Zhejiang province. It can be made as a dry sauce noodle, fried noodle, or with soup.
Jinyun noodles are thin and soft, with an extra smoothness, making them a popular traditional dish on the tables of households in Jinyun during holidays or when treating guests.
The noodles are easy to digest and absorb, and can treat anemia, enhance immunity and balance nutrition.
The dish is considered one of the three main dishes of Jinyun, alongside Jinyun baked bun and braised creek fish.
