Zheng Guohong
Zheng Guohong (1777-1841), was a patriotic general of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), whose courtesy name was Xuetang.
He was promoted to general of Chuzhou (now Lishui), Zhejiang province, in 1840. After the outbreak of the First Opium War in 1839, Zheng ordered more than 1,000 soldiers to reinforce Dinghai in Zhejiang and fight for the country and die a glorious death. Ge Yunfei, Wang Xipeng and Zheng Guohong were called "the three loyalists".
