Liandu district's Party committee and government has been attaching great importance to investment promotion, and vigorously developing the urban economy, featured high-quality agriculture, eco-industry and eco-tourism services in recent years.

1. Eco-industry project

Lishui Vanyang low-carbon smart manufacturing town

This project is located in Gaoxi block, Bihu town, Liandu district, an area with prominent geographical advantages. It is close to provincial highway 50, 17.5 kilometers from Lishui city center, 7.5 km from the Nanshan exit of Lilong (Lishui-Longquan) expressway, 20 km from a high-speed railway station, and seven km from an airport which is under construction.

The total planning area of Gaoxi block is 295 hectares, including 183-ha industrial land. The block focuses on building a featured industrial new town integrating intelligent manufacturing, research and development (R&D), e-commerce, warehousing and logistics, live supporting facilities, live services, intelligent park management and production supporting facilities.

Wenzhou Vanyang Group is funding and building the project and plans to introduce food processing, intelligent equipment manufacturing, electrical and electronic, and light industrial products smart manufacturing and other industries.
