Lishui Central Hospital
Lishui Central Hospital is a third-grade class A general hospital established in Lishui, Zhejiang province, in 1973.
The hospital has 1,630 beds, 51 clinical specialties and more than 100 specialty and expert outpatient services. In 2018, the hospital saw 1.8 million outpatients and emergency patients, discharged 73,000 patients and performed 55,400 surgeries.
The hospital has successfully carried out heart, liver, kidney, bone marrow and corneal transplants, and difficult operations such as cardiac surgery, percutaneous coronary intervention, arrhythmia radiofrequency ablation, and arthroscopic surgery.
It has established a national advanced stroke center and a chest pain center. The hospital's cardiovascular medicine, general surgery (hepatobiliary surgery), cardiothoracic surgery and hematology are key disciplines of Zhejiang, and the image diagnosis and interventional minimally invasive center is a key laboratory of Zhejiang.
In recent years, the hospital has undertaken more than 450 national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects, won more than 80 provincial and municipal science and technology progress awards, and achieved over 230 national patents.
Its medical service covers the whole of Lishui city, radiating to Zhejiang's Jinhua, Wenzhou and into northern Fujian province.
