The 2025 Yiwu Market Global Wealth Season officially kicked off in Yiwu county-level city, Jinhua, on April 15, welcoming international buyers to what's often dubbed the "World's Supermarket".

Timed to align with the peak global sourcing season, the campaign runs from April 15 to May 5, blending tourism and trade to maximize foot traffic and foreign interest.

Yiwu is one of the Chinese ports offering visa-free stays for up to 240 hours, giving overseas visitors easier access to its vast marketplace.

To support the influx of tourists and buyers, the city has ramped up logistics, services, and online infrastructure. The Chinagoods platform — the official business-to-business e-commerce platform of Yiwu International Trade Market — is running a parallel online promotion, with tens of thousands of local vendors offering deep discounts on top-selling and newly launched products.

With over 10,000 resident foreign merchants and 75,000 physical stores, Yiwu is more than a marketplace. It's a hub that connects 2 million upstream suppliers from across China with the rest of the world.
