Jinhua in Zhejiang province held a specialized matchmaking event for the robotics industrial chain in Shenzhen on May 30.
The event attracted representatives from over 30 leading robotics companies, investment institutions, industrial parks, and research institutes to discuss industry development trends and share the latest achievements in the field.
"The geographical and transportation advantages, industrial foundation, and business environment of Jinhua have left a deep impression on us," noted representatives of participating enterprises during their discussions.
They expressed their intention to leverage Jinhua's industrial development advantages, identify beneficial elements that align with their own development needs, strengthen communication, engage in deeper exchanges, and build mutual trust.
Jinhua has cultivated over 90 enterprises related to the robotics industrial chain, with the broader industry scale exceeding 6 billion yuan ($828.39 million).
Numerous companies have been established in key upstream components such as reducers and sensors, as well as in midstream sectors including industrial robots, service robots, and intelligent equipment manufacturing.
This has led to the initial formation of a comprehensive robotics industrial chain encompassing upstream chips and key components, midstream robot manufacturing, and downstream robot system integration.
During the event, the head of Jinhua's Shenzhen office presented the city's key industries and innovation platforms, highlighting the city's commitment to fostering a robust robotics industry.
