Luo Rongrong, a pet care service provider in Yongkang, Jinhua, has recently found herself in high demand.
In-home pet care services found increasing popularity during the Spring Festival holiday, catering to the needs of urban professionals needing to temporarily part with their beloved pets for family reunions.
At the Golden Harbor residential community, Luo attended to three home-visit pet feeding appointments. Before entering each residence, she disinfected herself to ensure comprehensive protection against potential contagions.
She carefully cracked open the doors, peering inside to ensure the two cats wouldn't dart out unexpectedly. Familiar with her routine, the cats greet her warmly, accompanying her diligently throughout her tasks.
"From the moment I step in, every task is documented with real-time photos or videos to reassure clients that their pets are safe and sound, showcasing the quality of my service and the well-being of their pets," Luo explained.
While the cats indulged in their meals, Luo assumed the role of a diligent litter box attendant on the balcony, ensuring cleanliness. Utilizing the remaining service time, she groomed the cats and engaged them with new toys. When her duties were complete, she disposed of all waste and left the premises.
Since last Spring Festival, Luo has operated her accounts on social media platforms, offering home pet feeding and dog walking services.
Since February this year, she has completed over 100 home visits, with a record of seven appointments in a single day. Despite the fatigue, driven by her passion for animals, Luo remains steadfast in her commitment to providing exceptional care.
