The Jinhua Sports Center Stadium is currently undergoing renovation to prepare for this year's Asian Games football matches.
Renovation work is currently in full swing, with the soccer field undergoing a new grass-laying phase.
Zheng Si, head of the Jinhua Sports Center Stadium, said that they are continuing to use the internationally recognized "Lan Yin 3" grass seed, which is the most widely used high-quality variety worldwide and has been approved for hosting international events.
Zheng added that the stadium's sand floor is made up of several layers, with a fully automatic sprinkler system and drainage system at the bottom. Layers of gravel, non-woven fabric, sand, and sand planting have also been added.
Grass laying work will be completed by next week.
Maintenance work will be carried out continuously before the Asian Games and will include regular watering according to weather conditions and regular trimming according to the lawn's light and shade requirements. The sports center will use intelligent maintenance methods to ensure that the lawn is aesthetically pleasing and practical.
The stadium has also upgraded its LED lighting system, which can be controlled by a tablet computer. The system comes with five preset modes for training, game broadcasts, and post-game cleanup, all of which can be adjusted to optimal brightness.
