The Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone recently released a working plan on high-quality development in 2023.
The plan includes 23 measures related to expanding investment and increasing momentum, strengthening manufacturing to stabilize growth, expanding trade markets and stabilizing foreign trade, promoting consumption and services, and strengthening quality factors.
The zone will propose a series of precise and effective measures related to starting construction on a batch of major projects, promoting the full resumption of projects currently under construction, and continuously promoting urban renewal.
The zone will also help local businesses and production recover by chartering cars and flights to pick up employees, visiting key enterprises and projects, and establishing a one-to-one contact system to better serve enterprises.
The zone will arrange for business groups to explore overseas markets, strengthen the precise service of foreign trade enterprises, and expand the development potential of cross-border e-commerce.
The zone will also carry out shopping promotions and offer rewards for consumption in culture, tourism, cars and real estate.
