The Jinhua Sports Center is the largest comprehensive sports facility in Jinhua. It was built in May 2013 with a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($154.05 million), a total land area of 266,700 square meters, and a construction area of 99,580 square meters.
The sports center consists of a stadium, gymnasium, swimming pool, 400-meter outdoor track and field training field and various outdoor courts for basketball, tennis and gate ball.
The Jinhua Sports Center Gymnasium will serve as the host venue for sepaktakraw competitions during the 19th Asian Games. It covers an area of 16,800 square meters and a construction area of 26,900 square meters and can seat 5,900 people.
The Jinhua Sports Center Outdoor Football Stadium will serve as the training venue for football group matches during the Games. As one of four football training venues in Jinhua, it was officially approved by the Asian Games Organizing Committee in November 2021.
The Jinhua Sports Center Stadium will host football group matches during the Games. It has a construction area of 45,000 square meters and can seat 29,800 people. Its turf has passed the professional inspection and certification of FIFA and is qualified to host various international football matches.
