The 130th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, opened on Oct 15 in the city of Guangzhou, in South China's Guangdong province. For the first time, the Canton Fair – which will run to Oct 19 – will be held onsite as well as online. Nearly 8,000 enterprises will display their best products at the onsite event. Online, 26,000 merchants will have cloud end-transactions, building a low-cost and efficient global trading platform.
The city of Jinhua, in East China's Zhejiang province, reportedly has nearly 500 businesses participating in the fair. There are 483 online exhibitors, that have 248 brand booths and 666 general booths. There are also 151 onsite exhibitors with 363 stands, including 248 brand stands and 115 general stands.
