The China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition held a regional round on Sept 14 in Jinhua city, in East China's Zhejiang province.

The competition is divided into seven strategic emerging industries – new-generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, biomedicines, new materials, new energy, new energy vehicles, energy conservation and environmental protection.
The Zhejiang round of the contest in Jinhua attracted nearly 200 enterprises in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing and a total of 25 made it through to the finals.
The event invited seven provincial leading investment institutions, banks, leading enterprises in the field of high-end equipment to be judges. It also invited 30 provincial well-known investment institutions, securities brokers and banks to form an investment team.
The organizing committee arranged for participating enterprises to visit local high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises – to help them further understand the city's entrepreneurship and innovation development environment, as well as the development of leading local industries.
