Business costs in Jinhua are about a third that of Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang and is a fifth of the costs in Shanghai city.
Education
Jinhua has three general colleges and universities, including Zhejiang Normal University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Zhejiang College, as well as five vocational colleges such as Jinhua Polytechnic. In all, it produces about 100,000 graduates every year.
Logistics
Jinhua handles one of the biggest volumes of express business in China. The warehousing costs there are only about 25 percent of Shanghai's and one third that in Hangzhou, while the average unit price per package is the lowest in China.
