Farmers in Yongkang have a tradition of making meat patties to celebrate harvest season. The juicy and chewy Yongkang meat patty is a unique and popular delicacy local to the county-level city in Jinhua.
Huzhen in Jinyun county, Lishui

Huzhen is one of three ancient towns in southern Zhejiang. Jinyun baked buns, usually stuffed with meat and dried pickles, is a traditional crispy snack of the county, and has been recognized as a China Famous Snack by the China Cuisine Association.
In addition to baked buns, visitors can try out tofu balls, zongzi, and chicken soup with herbs in Huzhen.
