In Zhouwangmiao town, Haining, a county-level city of Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, Had Socks' automated production lines are running at full capacity. Each line, with 15 fully automated machines, produces over 300 pairs of socks daily, reaching a monthly capacity of 1.5 million pairs. These socks are shipped to markets in the United States, Brazil, and beyond.

This year, Had Socks has seen a significant increase in overseas orders, thanks to cross-border e-commerce. "We've boosted online advertising and exposure, attracting more end consumers and foreign buyers," explained Qian Lingyan, head of the company's e-commerce division.

Over the past two years, Had Socks has expanded its presence on platforms like Amazon, Alibaba.com, and Made-in-China.com.

Specializing in adult and sports socks, Had Socks established a subsidiary in Brazil in 2010 and began focusing on e-commerce in 2015. This strategy has helped the company serve over 6,000 startup brands and small B2B clients through flexible customization and management services.

Investments in online advertising, product development, and equipment upgrades have attracted both small and large clients. This year's cross-border e-commerce sales have increased by 20-30 percent compared to last year, marking the start of a new era for Had Socks' exports.

Had Socks has also set up overseas after-sales centers, enhancing transportation and delivery channels. Recognized as a model cross-border e-commerce enterprise, the company's export business now accounts for 80 percent of its operations, with online sales expected to exceed 300 million yuan ($41.29 million) this year.
