Over 1,000 mu (66.67 hectares) of zuili flowers are currently in full bloom in Taoyuan village, Wutong sub-district, Tongxiang, a county-level city in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province.

The zuili's blossoming period comes before both peach blossoms and pear blossoms. The normal flowering period is about seven to 10 days.
