The Light of the Internet Expo, a major part of the World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, was held on Nov 7 and will run until Nov 10.

More than 580 enterprises and institutions from 48 countries participated, including more than 40 enterprises and platforms from Jiaxing.

Among the products exhibited by Jiaxing enterprises, two attracted particular attention. One was a high-tech baby crib that can monitor the vital signs of a baby, such as their heartbeat, breathing and movement.

The crib was developed by Jiaxing Yuanbeibei Technology Co Ltd, which also provides data services and remote monitoring for parents, with the camera installed above the bed.

The crib can also adjust its height and be used as a desk when the baby grows up. The company said that the crib will be sold at the end of the year at a price of about 10,000 yuan ($1,375.08).

The other product was a flexible sensor for diapers, which can send a warning when the diaper is wet. The sensor was developed by Jiaxing Juxinlong Technology Co Ltd, which mainly targets the elderly.

The sensor can connect to bluetooth and can help alleviate rashes and dermatitis caused by not changing diapers in time. The company said that the sensor has been available on the overseas Amazon platform for a while and will be launched in China at the end of the year at a lower price.

By participating in the expo, they also learned from their peers and potential partners and explored opportunities for cooperation and innovation.
