Jiaxing, a historic and cultural city with a typical Jiangnan water-town style in Zhejiang province, has prepared a special package of tourism benefits to welcome the 19th Asian Games.

From Sept 15 to Oct 15, Asian Games athletes, members of the Asian Olympic family, referees, media reporters with staff credentials issued by the organizing committee, Asian Games ticket holders and Hangzhou citizens will be able to enjoy discounts on scenic spot tickets, food and accommodation in the city.

During the event, the aforementioned people can visit three national 5A-level scenic spots – Nanhu Scenic Area, Wuzhen Scenic Area and Xitang Scenic Area, and 13 key scenic spots at a lower price.

Forty-seven hotels in the city, such as Hilton Jiaxing and Meizhou Hotel, will offer discounts during this period. Moreover, 17 hotels are providing free rooms for all Asian Games champions.

Jiaxing cuisine is rich and diverse, featuring sauce duck, rice dumplings, liquor preserved crab and more. The city's 45 food demonstration shops will also offer gifts and discounts.

In addition, 31 factory stores in the city, such as Yaying Group, Wufangzhai Group and Zhejiang Ginza Travel Co Ltd, will offer discounts.
