Founded in 1981, Zhejiang Jinlong Motor Co Ltd is a company that specializes in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of intelligent servo permanent magnet motors, asynchronous motors, and drive and frequency conversion control systems.

It is also a provider of motor system integration and low-carbon and energy-saving motor solutions.

The company's products have been exported to more than 80 countries and regions worldwide, making it one of the largest exporters of intelligent motors in China.

In 1981, a research team led by the company's president Ye Jingwu developed the first motor in Taizhou.

In 2010, Jinlong implemented technical upgrading by introducing robots worth over 60 million yuan ($9.23 million). The move helped the company secure a leading role in the domestic market.

In addition, it has inaugurated a research center in Shenzhen and successfully developed permanent magnet servo motors and drive series products.
