Founded in 2003 in Taizhou, East China's Zhejiang province, Jack Sewing Machine Co Ltd is dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing and sales of sewing machines. 

In 2017, the company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. 

Jack is strong in innovation, as the company has a research team composed of nearly 1,000 professionals, including doctors and academicians. 

As of the end of 2018, the company owns a total of 1,147 patents, including 309 invention patents, ranking highly worldwide among enterprises in the sector. 

Jack has led or participated in the formulation of numerous national and international industrial standards for sewing machines. 

The company has won a total of 50 national honors, including being classified as a national demonstration enterprise for technological innovation, national high-tech enterprise and national intellectual property demonstration enterprise.

Jack has also been continuously expanding its business scope and presence by acquiring companies overseas including Bullmer, Maica and VBM.

In 2018, the company acquired a 51 percent stake of Anhui Jieyu Shoemaking Machinery Co Ltd through capital increase.

To date, Jack has established a business presence in more than 100 countries worldwide and employs 3,000 people in total.
