Zhejiang Yuzu Valley Holdings Co – located in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province – recently announced that at the end of November 2024, sales for that year of its Yuzu juice hit 768 million yuan ($106.04 million).

The backbone of this success is Yuzu Valley's state-of-the-art smart bottling production line with 4.5-billion-yuan annual capacity in Changshan county in Quzhou. With its extensive Yuzu orchards and a comprehensive industry supply chain, Yuzu Valley have established a solid industrial foundation.

The company introduced the Japanese Yuzu citrus fruit, blending it with the local specialty – Changshanhuyou tangelo – to create Yuzu Juice. The product quickly gained customer favor with its unique sweet and sour taste and refreshing flavor.

Focusing on technology and talent, the company has extensively promoted advanced cultivation techniques such as reflective films, specialized fertilizers, drone spraying and green pest control.

In 2022, Yuzu Valley partnered with five villages in Baishi town to establish the Yuzu Valley Common Prosperity Workshop. The initiative led to the creation of standardized orchards, a production and research center and a visitor reception center, increasing the incomes of villages.

On Jan 18 last year, the Yuzu Valley Agricultural and Cultural Tourism Integration Industrial Park began operations in Baishi town. The park integrates planting, outdoor recreation, sports vacations, and rural tourism.
