Scenic spots in Quzhou offer free admission

A 2022 policy on free admission to Quzhou's scenic spots has been announced, local media reported on Aug 1.

More than 80 scenic spots in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, including featured scenic villages, industrial tourism scenic spots, red tourism scenic spots and public cultural venues, are offering free admission year-round.

Fourteen core scenic spots, including Lanke Mountain, Yaowang Mountain, Tianji Longmen, Minju Garden, Xiannxia Gate, Nianbadu Ancient Town, Qingyang Village, Fugai Mountain, Sanqu Stone Forest, Root Palace Buddhist Cultural Tourism Zone, and Qianjiangyuan, are open to all tourists free of charge from Monday to Friday every year, not including national holidays.

In addition, the scenic spots offer free admission year-round to people from places with pairing assistance and cooperative relationships of Quzhou, including Gongzhuling in Jilin province, Pingwu county and Beichuan Qiang autonomous county in Sichuan province and Wushi county in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.

Every year from Nov 1 to Dec 31, all scenic spots are open to Quzhou citizens for free.
