Guenter Grau, a microelectronic engineer from Germany and founder of advICo Microelectronics in Germany, came to Quzhou to set up a joint venture company to develop new products.

"What I like about Quzhou is that it has a nice balance of tech companies and a good environment," he said.

He also said that Quzhou is a very good place to study new topics and develop the microelectronics industry in China.
