Quzhou sees stable growth over last five years
Quzhou's gross domestic product (GDP) expanded from 123 billion yuan ($19.27 billion) in 2016 to 187.6 billion yuan in 2021, and its per capita GDP exceeded $10,000, according to the report of the city's eighth Congress of the Communist Party of China.
From 2016 to 2021, the government revenue and general public budget revenue grew at an average annual rate of 11.9 percent and 9.8 percent respectively.
The investment in fixed assets rose at an average annual rate of 9 percent over the same period.
The output value of industrial enterprises above designated size grew from 163 billion yuan in 2016 to 249.4 billion yuan in 2021.
The per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents rose by an annual average of 8.6 percent and 9.7 percent respectively.
