45 cultural and tourism projects break ground in Quzhu
A groundbreaking ceremony for 45 cultural and tourism projects that received a total investment of 20.74 billion yuan ($3.27 billion) was held in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province.
The cultural and tourism industries are the main force behind the city's economic growth. The city received more than 596,000 tourists, generating over 600 million yuan in tourism revenue during the past Spring Festival holiday.

Among the 45 projects, the construction of Liuchun Lake Ski Park is especially anticipated by locals. It will be the first ski park in Quzhou and will consist of three ski slopes at the primary, intermediate and advanced levels with a total length of 2,545 meters.
In addition, the Gumie Mausoleum Archaeological Park aims to develop local cultural and historical resources and will consist of exhibition areas for Gumie culture and the core tomb.
